Everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an INTO THE AM item. Learn how to start a return, check eligibility, request a refund, or swap for a different size.
What are your Return Guidelines?

INTO THE AM makes returns easy and hassle-free.

30-Day Return & Exchange Guidelines:

Returns for Store Credit and/or Exchanges are free.
Exchanges are for US Purchases only.
Exchanges are for the same product, in a different size or color.
A $5 restocking fee and a label fee is applied per return for refunds (not per item).
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once received.
Including a photo of the item being returned helps streamline the return process.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the bank’s processing times.
To avoid fees, returns valued at $10 or less will be issued as store credit.
We are not responsible for returns lost or stolen while in transit.
Conditions:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days. Returns sent back after this period will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Important Information for International Returns

You can return items for a refund or store credit.
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
We cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders at this time.
Please return items via your local post office, securely packaged.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number, as we are not liable for lost or stolen returns.
If we make a mistake (like sending the wrong item), we’ll cover shipping costs with store credit if Standard Mail is used.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of reaching our warehouse.
You can process your return within 30 days of placing your order.

Complete the details here. Make sure to enter the Gifter’s details, and your Shipping Information right after.
