What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Place your order before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri), and we’ll aim to ship it the same day*. If not, it’ll ship within 0-3 business days. Once your order’s on the way, we’ll send tracking info based on the shipping method you picked. We process orders 5 days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.

We know how frustrating shipping problems can be—but don’t stress! We’re here to help. Whether your package is delayed, lost, or returned to sender, here’s everything you need to know to get it sorted quickly.
Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, here’s how to track it down:
Double-check your shipping address to ensure it’s correct.
Make sure to check your tracking details as it may be stuck in Customs or you may have to pay duties
Still no sign of it? Contact us here with your order number, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!
Tracking Says “Delivered” but No Package
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” but the package hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry—it might still be on its way.
Check for a delivery notice.
Look around your property or delivery spot.
Ask neighbors or anyone nearby if they picked it up.
Contact your local post office—they may be holding your package.
Wait a day or two—packages sometimes show up after being marked as delivered.
If the package still doesn’t appear, reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve it.
Tracking Shows “Return to Sender”
Sometimes packages get returned for reasons like:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Unclaimed delivery
Customs or import restrictions
Damage during transit
Here are our best options to help you:
Issue store credit that never expires for cost of the item.
Reship your order to the same address
If your package is marked as “Return to Sender,” contact us ASAP so we can get it sorted!
Delayed Shipping
If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, don’t hesitate to reach out. Shipping times vary by method—check here for delivery estimates.
Wrong Address on Order
Unfortunately, we can’t update shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to cancel. Then, you can reorder with the right details.
Tracking Number Not Found
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 business days to update online. If there’s no activity after that:
Log into your account or use the “Track My Order” link.
Still no updates? Email us, and we’ll investigate for you.

We currently ship to most countries supported by USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. If your country isn’t listed at checkout or on our unavailable country list, just reach out to us here and we’ll see what we can do.

We also ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to these addresses will ship via USPS Mail service.
Import Tax & Duty Fees (International Customers)
You’re responsible for any import taxes or duties that might pop up when your order arrives. Since these fees are set by your country and handled by the shipping company, we don’t have any say in them. However, when we send out orders, we always try to keep the declared value as low as possible (without bending any rules) to help you save on those extra costs.
